How do I return/exchange my order?
All items are hand printed/embroidered when we receive your order to reduce wastage. We also check every garment for quality before shipping it to you, however, if your item does not arrive in perfect condition you have 14 days after receipt of your order to return for a repair or credit note except for certain products which are not returnable (eg. facemasks).
As all our garments are printed and embroidered to order, we will offer a repair free of charge or credit note to be used against other Radical merchandise.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange and then post your item back to the address below, including your original invoice and/or note containing your order number and the size you’d like in exchange.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and with tags still attached.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to Mainland UK address is by next day courier and costs £4.95.
Non-Mainland UK such as Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland costs £15.95 and takes up to 7 working days.
Overseas customers – We do not deliver outside of the UK, if you are an overseas customer and wish to purchase merchandise to collect from one of our events, please get in touch with us at email@example.com to arrange.
How long does it take to get my order?
We are not ‘fast fashion’. We print every item to order in the UK and aim to have each one packaged and shipped within 5 days of receiving your order. During busy periods it might take a little longer, but we’ll keep you up to date by email once your package is dispatched. Once it’s left us, all deliveries are dispatched by next day courier to all mainland UK addresses. Non mainland UK may take up to 7 working days from date of dispatch.
